Terms & Conditions:

 We order approximately once per week, and we will have your order the same week that we place the order. If you are local, you can pick up your order the next day after it arrives. Because we have minimum order quotas, there may be a single week where we do not order from certain suppliers. If your item is with that supplier, you agree to give us until the next order to get your items. The reason we want you to wait until the next day to pick up your items, is so that we have time to unpack and inspect each item to ensure its health. Once we are confident that your item has arrived in good health, we will send you an email to arrange pickup, of your item.

Because we order on demand, there is a slight possibility that when we place your order, our suppliers may have run out of the item you are requesting. We will then ask our suppliers if there are expecting that item in the following week. If so, we will reserve your requested items for delivery the next week. If they are not, we will offer you the opportunity to substitute another item, or refund your payment. If the item is out of stock for one order, we request that you give us until the next order to see if we can get the item in.

Sizes are listed as (small) (medium) (large) - Our supplier is very good at upgrading items rather than downgrading them. We are quite sure that you will be happy with the livestock you receive from us. Our coral sizes are usually quite nice as well.

Shipping is also available if required, but those costs will vary depending on how much you order at once. Please let us know before you place an order if you need shipping so we can calculate shipping costs.

We place most of our orders on Wednesday and the cut off for ordering is Tuesday evening at 5pm. You may not alter or change your order after this time.
